We utilized a Porous Pavement installation at a local car dealership to provide stormwater management while also providing for maximum parking area for the building. The Porous Pavement surface is shown as the dull black surface within the parking stalls.

The Independence Avenue project involved the redevelopment of an outdated commercial site into upscale residential units with both interior and exterior parking. JCG provided a full range of permitting and site design services to assist the client in planning this development.
